What single us disposable menu size do I need- A4, B4 or A3?

It depends on the quantity of menu entry you have. Generally if you have less than 50 items with description you can design the menu as A4 or B4 size. If you have large number of entries you need A3 size. A3 menu size would allow you have more freedom and more space to play around. Please note, placemat menus are single sided hence you don’t have much room to put a lot of menu items or use picture. A balance approach is what you need.
