I have print ready files how long will it take?
We aim to deliver a print ready menu within 5 to 10 working days from the time the artwork is received. Assuming your artwork is correctly formatted and approved. This also depends on the volume. Larger quantities usually take longer and small quantities can be turned around faster.

For a small additional premium, we also offer an ‘Express delivery service’ with turnaround times 2 to 4 working days from receipt of your artwork. The cost of this service depends on the size of the product. Please contact us for more details.

How long will a Menu Lane design take?
When Artwork is produced by Menu Lane, the first menu design
proof will be sent to a customer within 3 to 4 working days depending on the complexity of design work required. Upon approval of artwork and receipt of payment printing would start and your order would be delivered within 5-10 working days.

For a small additional price we also offer an ‘Express Order’ where Menu Lane will send the first proof to customer within 2 working day. Upon approval of artwork and receipt of payment the menu will be delivered within 4 working days.

Can you provide custom sized menus?
The simplest solution is to select a size where your product will fit and request a trim. This is usually free. Please put a note with your order.

I am an existing customer. I asked you to make some changes on my existing artwork for re-printing or asked you to redesign my existing menu leaflet artwork for printing. Design has been done to my satisfaction but I have a personal problem and can’t order the print now. Do I have to pay you anything?
Yes. We usually take deposit for design work for new customers. For existing customers we are relaxed as we already have a business relations. We do the work on the promise that we would get paid once design is approved for printing by customer. In such circumstances, when you changed your mind for printing but design has been done to your satisfaction, you have to pay for our design time at £35/hour rate.

What stock paper do you used?
We use 130gsm, 150gsm and 170gsm gloss and mat stock for our menu leaflets as we find these to be the most efficient weight to use. However, we can provide different stock for a small premium. If you require a different stock please contact us for a quote

Can I order by phone?
menulane.co.uk site is built for online order and secured payment. However we would be happy to take your order over the phone too if you feel more comfortable that way.

Are menus subject to VAT?
Standard menus are subject to VAT but Takeaway leaflets are NOT. Exceptions apply.

Can I re-order a previously printed menu?
We do archive any artwork designed by Menu Lane whilst customer supplied artwork is only held for up to 7 months . If you require a reprint of a previously printed file, please contact us quoting your previous order number.
